Pasteurised and salted with Maldon salt. Rich and creamy, this is butter with real taste, not some flabby dairy-based sealant fit solely for preventing your bread going soggy.

Made at Dargate with cream from Kingcott Dairy, Staplehurst, makers of Kentish Blue cheese.
